Spent most of my teen time in the 50’s at Fort William McKinley at the Friedlander quarters (Q-64 McArthur Ave.). I enjoyed every minute of it, and as I keep saying, it was like living in paradise, but with all the amenities of a community.

As a young adult, I have worked most of my professional life in the Philippines as an “INSURANCE MAN” in different capacities. I started in sales, eventually went into training, and joined management as head of the group insurance department of Fortune Life Insurance company and Manufacturers Life Insurance Co. of Canada.

My sports hubbies are playing, “Club Tennis” (class B player), chess, and golf (handicap 36). I read a lot of religious stuff and other material that interest me. My favorite sports while I was in the US were American football, with the SF 49rs as my team. (Go Niners). I migrated to San Francisco in 1986/87 went back home and brought back my family to San Francisco in 1990. While in SF, I was a “Registered Representative” of Prudential life and New York life, licensed to sell Insurance, Mutual Funds, Stocks and Bonds with a series 6,7, and 63 securities license. I was also licensed to sell general insurance products and eventually affiliated with a broker doing independent work.

Shown below are our family pictures - my wife Precie, my daughter Sarah and her husband Bombet, and my 4 grandchildren.

I went home in 2002, and since then retired, due to the leg surgery done because of cancer. I consider myself a cancer survivor. Hopefully I will still have more years in this Kingdom on earth while awaiting my transfer to the other world. When I was told that I had cancer, I prayed and promised the Lord that if he grants me an extension here on earth, I will spread his word, evangelize, and try to save as many souls as I can. I began to turn to the Scriptures and did “self-study” sessions 5 times a week at the rate of about 6 hours a day for the last 5 years. And because of this, I have developed cataract on both eyes which needs surgery. Of course, with the grace of God, I was also able to learn more about God and His SALVATION plans. I continue to study, teach and evangelize to this day.
